Three Day Training Workshop APPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR WITH CLIENTS

26-28 February 2018, Kyustendil The Municipality of Kyustendil organizes three-day training workshop on the topic Appropriate Behavior with Clients. It aims at strengthening the capacities and abilities of the tourism actors in offering effective tourist services and at improving their work in communication with visitors and tourists. The training is held on 26, 27 and 28 February 2018 at the Bratstvo 1869 Cultural Club Blue Hall. The Workshop is organized under the Project Enhancing the Tourist Potential of the Municipalities of Kyustendil and Konche – A Sustainable Joint Future, CB006.1.21.164,  co-funded by EU through the Interreg-IPA CBC Programme Bulgaria – The Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia 2014-2020.
