Three Day Workshop “APPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR WITH CLIENTS”

The Municipality of Konce organizes three-day workshop on the topic “Appropriate Behavior With Clients”. It aims at strengthening the capacities and skills of the tourism actors in building communication and relationships with clients in an open way, organizing and using existing resources to create an attractive offer, achieving the common goal and increasing profitability from attractive and quality services.

The training is held on the 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd of February 2018 at “Mag-Marg” restaurant in Radovis.

The Workshop is organized under the Project “Enhancing the Tourist Potential of the Municipalities of Kyustendil and Konche – A Sustainable Joint Future”, CB006.1.21.164,  co-funded by EU through the Interreg-IPA CBC Programme Bulgaria – The Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia 2014-2020.
